SUMMARY OF PROJECT

Beyond Barriers is a six-month mentorship program helping immigrants and newcomers under 30 build careers in Canada. It pairs them with professionals for one-on-one mentorship and career workshops on resumes, interviews, and workplace culture. The goal is to give participants the skills, confidence, and networks to succeed and grow as leaders.

SUMMARY OF PLAN

Young immigrants often face barriers like limited networks, unfamiliar job market norms, and a lack of local experience. These challenges lead to underemployment and reduced confidence. Beyond Barriers tackles these gaps by connecting youth to mentors who guide them through career development and integration.
